Developed with show goats in mind, Southern States Grow-N-Show (Deccox) Goat Feed Medicated is a pelleted feed that assists in the prevention of coccidiosis. This medicated goat feed contains added yeast for improved rumen function during stress, as well as organic copper, organic zinc and organic manganese to improve immune function during periods of travel. Do not feed to goats producing milk for food.
Feeding Directions - LIMITATIONS FOR USE: Feed at least 28 days during periods of exposure to coccidiosis or when experience indicates that it is likely to be a hazard. Feed to young goats at the rate of 1.1 lbs. per 100 lbs. bodyweight to provide 22.7 mg of Decoquinate per 100 lbs. bodyweight daily. IMPORTANT: Provide free choice access to good forage (hay, pasture), water and salt to all animals. Follow Southern States Mineral program as recommended. For optimum results, obtain feeding directions from your Feed Service Representative. NOTE: Do not feed to sheep. Do not permit intake of supplemental selenium to exceed 0.3 ppm in the total ration. Caution: Do not use in feeds containing bentonite. Warning: Do not feed to goats producing milk for food.
